Comfort – We have over long time developed a comfort adapted to suit all people for the hotel business. Now we used all experience to develop 2 beds so you can get the same hotel feeling at home. Both beds are using flexible materials that are following your body and give support where you need. One of the big advantages is that you have slept in the bed before it arrives to your home.

Package sizes – Our Kindla is not only a good bed, it’s developed to save as much space as possible during transportation. Therefor the bed arrive roll-packed with dimensions as the pictures, the bed will arrive in 3 packages where the topper and legs and safely packed inside the two wooden frames This method is also extremely safe against damages during transport.

Installation – Kindla is easy to install please click here to find the installation instruction. Since the bed are roll-packed the mattress is very compressed and it can take up to 72 hours until the bed get the normal size. The beds can used directly after installation and it’s even an advantage to start using it since it will help the bed to reach the normal size. NB! The rolled mattress with the cover inside is the main mattress and should be on the top, bellow the topper.

Headboards from HotelnHome are designed to be placed on the floor, pushed against the wall by the bed. If needed the headboards can easily be attached to the wall.

Stripe is designed for easy transport and handling. The 2 wood frames need to be screwed together by 4 screws, legs attached, and the cover placed on top. please click here to find the installation instruction

Delivery – Free Delivery to Curb side is always included in the price. If you need any other service, carry inside, installation or similar, please inform us and we will support you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if you see any potential defects or errors this have to be noted on the delivery note and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Maintenance

The topper cover is washable in 60°C, open the topper and remove the filling material before washing. Its’s recommended to divide the topper in two before washing and hung up to dry immediately after washing to prevent discoloration. The topper can contract after washing but this will go back after some days.

The mattresses are reversible with the same good comfort on each side. The materials used inside the bed are all stretchable and can be shaped after your body, it’s recommended to turn the mattresses from time to time to make sure the comfort over time.

Remember also regularly vacuum clean and airing of the bed.

 

 

Refund policy – The advantage with the beds from HotelnHome is that you already tested them and even slept on them. If you any how regret or for some reason like to return the bed you can off course do this. Please contact us and we will help you to handle the return. Your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The cost for the return will not be covered by HotelnHome.  

 

Claim for warranty

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. This means that you are first entitled to have the item repaired. If the error persists, you will be entitled to either a price reduction or a refund of the entire purchase price upon cancellation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely. If the complaint is justified, we will refund (reasonable) shipping costs.
